Refund policy

At DRISCO, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are consumable food and beverage items, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns/replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product packaging is tampered with

  • Product is leaking or defective upon delivery

To be eligible for a replacement or refund request:

  • You must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared

  • The product should remain unused except for inspection purposes

Refunds & Replacements

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved by our team:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, subject to availability
    OR

  • A refund may be processed to your original payment method

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after verification

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer

  • Minor packaging dents caused during transit that do not affect product quality

Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the shipping partner.
